Sharon Lambert
Chief Executive Officer Nga Ngaru Hauora O Aotearoa

Ngati Kahungunu ki te Wairoa te Iwi, Ngai Tamaterangi te hapu.

In the health sector for 25+ years, both mainstream and by Maori for Maori. Mental health has always been an area of focus and passion. For some years now this focus and passion has shifted to working with Maori Health organisations on a national scale through Nga Ngaru Hauora O Aotearoa.

Whilst we all celebrate our diversity as a people, I believe the unity of us all to lobby and advocate as a critical mass is the most effective way of realising our aspirations and of real Maori health gains.

The Executive Committee of Nga Ngaru Hauora is one of the most committed and forward thinking in its advancements of the objectives of the membership.

We can all benefit from joining this association of Maori Health organisations.
